ResetPanel ("the App") is a desktop utility for tracking game reset countdowns. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your data.

Data Collection

The App does NOT collect, transmit, or share any personal information. All data is stored locally on your device.

Data Storage

The App stores the following information locally on your computer:

• Game names and reset schedules you configure
• Notification preferences
• Application settings (always-on-top, autostart, etc.)
• Image paths for custom game backgrounds

This data is stored in JSON format in your local AppData directory and is never transmitted over the internet.

Auto-Updates (Community Build Only)

The community build checks for updates by fetching a public JSON file from this website. This request:

• Does not include any personal information
• Only transmits your current app version number
• Uses standard HTTPS encryption

The Microsoft Store build does not perform update checks.

No Analytics or Tracking

The App does not use any analytics, crash reporting, or tracking services. No usage data is collected or transmitted.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with or transmit data to any third-party services, except for:

• Optional download from itch.io or Microsoft Store (handled by those platforms)
• Update checks from this website (community build only)

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since no data is collected at all, this is not a concern.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
